The summer after fifth year becomes unbearable for Harry. Sirius's death and life at the Dursleys' threaten to shatter what's left of his sanity and his control over his magic. To keep his mind intact while still satisfying Dumbledore's demands about the blood protection, Harry and Hermione find the perfect legal and magical loophole. They transform the hated cupboard under the stairs into a luxurious flat with its own private entrance, where the Dursleys' rules no longer reach.
